You will join our team to ensure the safety and security of all patrons of the facility, staff, and on-site contractors and their assets.Your responsibilities will include:Train station patrolling to implement crowd control and deescalate anti-social behaviour.Protecting assets and ensuring safety within Stabling Yards.Log electronic reports for any incidents and hazards.Demonstrate conflict resolution skills and communicate security concerns.Provide other stakeholders with a visible security presence.Cooperate with safety engagements and periodic memo requirements.Provide customer assistance to passengers.Assist with medical or evacuation emergencies.Requirements To Become a Security OfficerAbility to work a 24/7 roster.Minimum 1 year of demonstrated experience in a similar role.Current Security Licence (1AC).Valid NSW Driver’s Licence.Valid First Aid Certificate.Certificate II in Security Operations.
