Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and colleagues
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Assist with HR-related tasks, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
