Job Description

Employee will be required to do:
Key Responsibilities:

- CPU Deployment and Configuration: Deploy, configure, and maintain desktop systems, including hardware, operating systems & software

- Software Installation and Patch Management: Install, upgrade, and patch software applications on desktop systems to ensure they are up-to-date and secure.

- Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users experiencing desktop hardware, software, or connectivity issues. Diagnose problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions in a timely manner.

- Hardware Maintenance and Upgrades: Perform routine maintenance tasks on desktop hardware, such as cleaning, hardware diagnostics, and component replacement.

One time food will be provided by company for candidates
For outside location candidates company will provide Bachelor Accommodation with food.
