Job Description

We offer final-semester academic training with job placement opportunities for students in their last year of BE, BTech, MCA, MSc, and MTech programs, along with a highly competitive compensation package. This is not your typical project training. Upon successful completion of the training and passing our internal assessments, we directly hire trainees as Junior Developers.

Here's what we have for you,
• 135 working days Academic Project Training.
• 24 Months of Job commitment after successful completion of Project Training.
• Stipend during project training for the members belonging to cities or locations other than Ahmedabad
• Salary Range based on the assessment results after successful completion of Project Training
• 1st year of Employment INR 3,00,000/- to 5,00,000/- per annum.
• 2nd year of Employment INR 4,00,000/- to 6,00,000/- per annum.

Who should apply?
• You are in the final year of B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc IT with specialization in IT or CE and will be passing out in April/May 2026.
• You have a consistent academic record with 70% and above score in all the years with no backlogs or ATKT in any year.
• You have knowledge of programming basics like OOP, Data Structures, Algorithms, Class, Objects, Functions, Methods, Programming principles, etc.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication. Skills in English.
• You have good understanding of complete Software Development lifecycle and methodologies.
• You are willing to go extra-mile and hustle to deliver results.
• You have strong attention-to-detail ability and presentation skills.
• You do not have any timing and learning constraints.
