IT Systems Manager

• Job Description: As an IT Manager at CIEL HR, you will play a critical role in shaping our technology strategy and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain our SAP infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with our business processes.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Transform business requirements into actionable SAP modules, processes, and functionalities
• Manage SAP licenses portfolio and ensure compliance
• Design, build, and manage SAP and IT system landscapes
• Support the identification and coordination of changes, enhancements, and conversations related to SAP interfacing systems
• Manage IT-related escalations and respond in a timely manner
• Develop and manage vendors, IT contracts, and performance assessments of IT vendors
• Manage IT asset inventory, hardware, and software, and coordinate with senior management to budget and fulfill new requirements
• Continuously assess technologies, plan for replacement, and upgrade with newer technologies
• Lead and manage various IT projects, organize IT resources assigned to projects, and recruit technology specialists and sub-contractors as necessary
