Job Description – Customer Success Associate (International Process)

Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Success Team. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing high-quality support in an international process.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and resolve customer queries efficiently through calls, emails, or chat.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
Ensure a high Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) by providing accurate and timely solutions.
Follow process guidelines and meet performance targets.
Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer experience.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Graduates and undergraduates are eligible.
Experience: Minimum six months of experience in a customer support role.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Flexibility:
Rotational shifts (5.5 working days per week).
Rotational week off.
Work Environment: Work from office – Mansarovar, Jaipur.
Salary & Benefits:

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 CTC.
Travel Benefits:
Female employees will receive cab facility during night shifts.
Male employees will receive a ₹180 travel allowance for night shifts.
