Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, and implementing nursing care plans in alignment with the protocols at Zydus Hospitals.
• Monitor patient progress and vital signs, ensuring timely communication with doctors and senior healthcare staff.
• Administer medications, injections, and other treatments as per the instructions of the doctors at Zydus Hospitals.
• Assist in preparing patients for surgeries, treatments, or other medical procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including vital statistics, test results, and medical histories.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans, post-discharge care, and medications.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic environment by adhering to the safety protocols of Zydus Hospitals.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, pharmacists, and other medical professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Assist in handling medical equipment, supplies, and inventory to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow infection control procedures and manage emergencies in a calm and efficient manner.

Requirements:
• B.Sc Nursing or GNM degree from a recognized institution.
• Nursing registration is mandatory for all applicants at Zydus Hospitals.
• Freshers are welcome to apply, but candidates with prior experience in hospital settings will be preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and patient safety.
