Job Overview:

We are looking for a fashion-forward Assistant Boutique Manager to handle operations at Drapemoda's elite fashion store. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the store's smooth operation, delivering personalized styling advice for the clients along with an exceptional shopping experience. This role requires a confident, well-presented individual who has a deep understanding of luxury sales and is passionate about helping clients find the perfect pieces that reflect their unique tastes.

Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Engagement & Sales

• Provide personalized styling advice to meet client’s preferences.

• Build long-term client relationships with a focus on delivering a premium shopping experience.

• Handle transactions with accuracy and offer top-tier customer service.

• Approach VIP clients with professionalism and discretion.

2. Store Operations

• Oversee the store's daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

• Manage inventory, including stock checks and reordering when necessary.

• Ensure the store is organized and always well-presented.

• Keep the store traffic and profitability in check.

3. Visual Merchandising

• Maintain luxury aesthetics by ensuring high-standard visual merchandising.

• Update displays regularly to feature new arrivals and highlight key pieces.

4. Communication with Designers

• Coordinate with designers for orders, returns, and special requests.

• Stay updated on collections, ensuring orders are fulfilled promptly.

5. Team Leadership

• Guide and support junior staff in sales techniques and product knowledge.

• Collaborate with owners on daily reports and tasks.

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as a Luxury Sales Associate in ladies' fashion retail is required, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

• Powerful leading skills and business orientation

• Customer management skills

• Strong organizational skills

• Good communication and people skills - Fluency in English and Tamil. Other languages will be an advantage.

• Any Bachelor or equivalent degree.

• Retail experience is a plus; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential.

• The daily commute time should be less than 20 minutes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
