Job description
We are looking for a highly committed individual, someone who can creatively strategize/execute anushé pirani's design sensibility. This role is responsible for managing the entire design process from research & concept development to sampling and production keeping in mind our brand and its unique aesthetic. The right candidate should have command of best practices in fashion illustration, textile development and management and experience with slow fashion brands.
Job profile
- Research and concept development in relation to design and creative outputs based on guidelines.
- Creating mood boards, experimenting with fabrics and technique applications.
- Taking lead on upcoming collections and sample creations.
- Fashion illustration, sketching.
- Strong sourcing skills that includes sourcing fabrics and trimmings.
- Oversee design and production related tasks.
Specific needs
1) Should be based in Mumbai.
2) Must have leadership and management skills.
3) Must have passion for slow and sustainable fashion.
4) Experience with sustainable brands.
5) Must have a strong design aesthetic and creativity.
6) Zero waste pattern & design
7) Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Microsoft Office.
8) Keen eye for detail.
+) Understanding of anushé pirani's aesthetic and style.
10) Ability to give direction, multitask and work proactively in a face-paced environment
11) Quick learner and strong team player
