Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director Operations to lead process improvements and manage the efficient delivery of our Enquiries section. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience with client-focused service delivery.

Manage the efficient delivery of our Enquiries section

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage high-performing teams
