Elicos Teacher / Trainer

The teacher will deliver educational programs and facilitates learning, enabling students to achieve their desired outcomes.- Able to prepare their own lesson plan in line with provided SyllabusBe a part of a business that makes a difference to people's lives!Key Requirements:1- The ELICOS Standards 2018 set out that ELICOS teachers must:- have a degree or diploma of at least three years full-time or equivalent (teaching or other)- have a suitable TESOL qualification or qualification that contains TESOL as a method- have appropriate TESOL teaching experience or be formally mentored by a senior staff member with this experience.2. Demonstrated ability to design and implement programs of training and assessment for adults in more than one delivery context.3. High level written and oral communication skills in English4. Demonstrated ability to contribute to a team environment.5. Commitment and ability to facilitate learning in an adult environment6. Passionate about teaching and dedicated to student outcomes7. Energetic and enthusiastic8.
