The National Film and Sound Archive of Australia is undergoing significant change, driven by increased Government investment. As a result, we are rebuilding our curatorial workforce and developing our capacity to digitise our collection at scale. This presents a unique opportunity for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team and contribute to this exciting period of growth and transformation.
Job Description
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Deputy CEO in achieving their strategic objectives. As a key member of the Senior Executive Team, you will be responsible for:
Providing high-level administrative support, including diary management, travel arrangements, and credit card reconciliation.
Managing the administration of the Executive Office, including budgeting, planning, and reporting.
Coordinating meetings, events, and projects, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
Maintaining accurate records and files, using TRIM electronic registry management system, SharePoint, Asana, and Roadmunk.
Developing and implementing processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the Executive Office.
