Job Description
In this role, you will be working closely with customers to identify their mortgage needs and providing tailored advice to help them achieve their goals. You'll be responsible for developing a deep understanding of the Australian mortgage market, staying up-to-date on changing regulations and product offerings, and leveraging your skills to deliver exceptional results. As a key member of the Aussie team, you'll have the freedom to manage your own schedule, prioritize your workload, and make decisions that drive success.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Provide expert advice on mortgage options and facilitate transactions
- Stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services

Qualifications and Experience
For this position, you'll require a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, a minimum of 12 months' experience in mortgage broking or a related field, and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
