Robert Half are proud to be partnered with a forward-thinking and growing business based in Melbourne's CBD to recruit a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist on a full-time permanent basis.

This is an exciting and unique role which would suit someone who has both an Accounts Receivable and core accounting background. Although there will be some accounts receivable duties, you will also be heavily involved in month end, reporting analysis and stakeholder management.

The perfect opportunity for someone who is looking for progression and an all-encompassing accounting role.

The role

As the Senior AR Specialist, you will be responsible for:


Billing
Month end processing
Working closely with the Financial Controller to monitor project budgets and provide detailed financial reports to senior stakeholders.
Project administration & coordination - working with project leads and giving insights & analysis on existing projects
Implementing process improvements to improve efficiencies
Stakeholder management - build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Your profile:

To be successful in this position, you will have proven track record in a similar role. The following attributes will also be highly advantageous:


3+ years' experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong accounting skills
Intermediate to advance excel
