Job Requirements:

The ideal Event Manager candidate will have at least one to two years of experience as an Event Manager at a Event Management Company with a proven track record of success. If you have high performance standards, a high level of enthusiasm and thrive in a fast-paced team environment then you just might be the candidate that we’re looking for!

The minimum requirements for this position are:
• Minimum one year to three years experience as an Event Manager
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to create a positive atmosphere for guest relations and internal guests
• Ability to quickly evaluate alternatives and decide on a plan of action
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
• Problem solving and decision making skills
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Knowledge of DELPHI and experience a plus!
• Comprehend and use technical or professional language, either written or spoken, to communicate complex ideas.
• Must possess strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to frequently move objects (lift, push, pull, balance, carry) up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to sit, stand and move throughout the hotel for extended periods of time.
