Job description
We are looking for instructional designers who has hands-on experience in Articulate Storyline and can join immediately


Role & responsibilities

Analysing the source content to develop instructional material for various delivery methods such as ILT/VILT, WBT, video, etc.
Creating storyboards and other instructional material as per the design document/learning goals identified for the learners.
Creating supporting materials or scripts for videos, simulations, role plays, games, job aids etc.
Developing modules using rapid authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise 360.
Visualizing instructional graphics as per the nature & complexity of content and delivery method.
Applying instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and best practices to create engaging learning experiences.
Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), internal teams, vendors, and other functional teams (PM/Graphic/Programming) during the development process.
Conduct thorough reviews and quality assurance edits of instructional materials to maintain accuracy, clarity, and alignment with the desired learning objectives.
Maintaining project documentation, including, storyboards, ID checklists etc. and adhering to version control.
Leveraging authoring tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other relevant technologies to effectively develop and deliver learning solutions.
Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the latest best practices in instructional design.

Preferred candidate profile :

In-depth knowledge of ID methodologies and adult learning principles.
Mandatorily Required - Hands-on experience with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 3/360. Experience in RISE 360, Adobe Captivate, etc. or similar tools is an added advantage.
Hands-on experience in creating storyboards for ILTs/vILTs and WBTs.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality learning materials.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and with a collaborative mindset.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
