WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will be performing the following duties but not limited to:

Oversee daily Front Office operations, ensuring efficient check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.
Maintain a welcoming and well-presented lobby and public areas.
Support and lead the team, providing training, guidance, and performance management.
Handle guest concerns professionally, ensuring satisfaction and prompt resolution.
Coordinate with Engineering to address maintenance issues efficiently.
Manage financial processes, including billing accuracy, budgets, and revenue optimisation.
Ensure compliance with WHS policies, safety regulations, and emergency procedures.
Maintain a strong management presence, especially during peak periods.
Work closely with Reservations to maximise occupancy and yield.
Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture focused on service excellence.
