Job Summary: We seek a highly skilled and dedicated teacher to join our team at the Top End School of Flexible Learning. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with teachers, mentors, and health professionals to develop and deliver programs that support students who have experienced disengagement from education and potential adverse childhood experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver tailored programs to support students in achieving their individual goals.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support services.
Maintain accurate records and participate in regular evaluations to inform program development.
Requirements:
Classroom teaching experience with a strong focus on student-centered learning.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
