Salary and Benefits
We offer competitive above-award wages, ranging from $85k to $100k. Additionally, eligible candidates can receive up to $3,500 for relocation assistance. Flexible working hours are available, and you'll have the opportunity to travel across the Territory.

Job Description
Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine participant needs, strengths, and goals.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic assessment and develop client-centered care plans.
Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualifications recognized by the national professional association.
Current registration with AHPRA.
Demonstrated experience in delivering quality outcomes for people with disabilities and complex needs.
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Opportunities
The NT PHN/RWA may be able to offer relocation support and clinical educational financial assistance to health professionals relocating to or
