The Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to join our innovative design team. Your Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of design projects, from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design strategies.
Create and maintain style guides, design systems, and component libraries to ensure consistency across all platforms.
Lead the creation of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to refine designs and meet project goals.
Mentor junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and guide them in their professional growth.
Explore and implement innovative design solutions that improve usability and engagement.
Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate new tools and techniques into the design process.

To Qualify for the Role, You Should Have:

Bachelors or Masters degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in designing complex digital experiences.
Expertise in prototyping tools (Figma) and an understanding of HTML/CSS/JS for better collaboration with developers.
A portfolio showcasing your ability to deliver user-focused, visually compelling designs and your design process.
