About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead our infrastructure design team at Westera Partners Pty Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex infrastructure projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the project team.
Lead a team of civil engineers, designers, and drafters to deliver high-quality infrastructure projects.
Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, councils, and service authorities to ensure project delivery meets client expectations.
Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on the project.
Requirements:
A minimum four-year bachelor's degree in civil engineering, with CPEng, NER/RPEQ, or equivalent.
Over 10 years of consultancy experience in land development and municipal infrastructure.
Extensive knowledge of local design standards and water authority codes.
