Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Counter Representative to join our team at a leading Car Wreckers business in Capalaba, QLD. The ideal candidate will be passionate about cars and customer service, with excellent communication skills and experience in car parts.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist with inquiries regarding spare parts.
Maintain professional and friendly customer service at all times.
Phone/Email sales enquiries.
Sales
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to upsell additional services, promote and sell scrap parts, including engine components, transmissions, and more.

Processing Transactions
Process customer payments for parts.
Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately.
Manage customer receipts and invoices, ensuring proper documentation.
Coordination with Other Teams
Communicate effectively with parts departments to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with management for pricing updates, promotions, and special deals.
General Administrative Support
Handle phone calls and respond to emails from customers.
Requirements
Experience and understanding of Car Parts.
Excellent communication skills in clear English.
Computer literate.
