As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing, producing and presenting superior quality food in a timely and professional manner as directed by the Executive Chef.

Responsibilities
Prepare and present high-quality food in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene during food preparation and presentation.
Assist the Executive Chef in menu creation and development.
Work closely with other team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Requirements
2 years' experience as a Cook/Chef or similar position within a resort/hotel environment.
Trade Qualified (Certificate III Commercial Cookery).
Thorough understanding of the principles of food safety and hygiene.
Innovative and passionate about preparing high-quality restaurant meals.
Ability to work unsupervised in a pressured environment.
Excellent people, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work a flexible roster, including nights, weekends, school, and public holiday periods.
