Sous Chef

Minimum Requirements:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef with 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the mining, catering, or offshore industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a valid Food Safety Certificate.

Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for working in a team to provide bulk cooking services at mine sites. This will involve preparing and serving meals, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
