Software Developer

At idoba, a dynamic digital transformation business with a bold mission to revolutionize the mining industry, we are seeking an experienced Frontend Developer to join our Development team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing dynamic user-centric features using React.js, focusing on delivering a seamless user experience. Key responsibilities include:
Develop reusable components and scalable front-end libraries, streamlining future development efforts.
Translate designs and wireframes into efficient, high-quality code, ensuring alignment with platform requirements.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, supporting them through best practices and problem-solving.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design systems and ensure a seamless user experience.
Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, performance, and security standards.
Stay up to date on best practices and the latest front-end trends and innovations in the React ecosystem.


Requirements

To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Demonstrated experience with Vue.js and its core principles.
A demonstrated ability to translate Figma designs into high-quality, responsive, and reusable React components.
Knowledge in performance optimization techniques.
Strong stakeholder management, with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with teams to achieve goals.
A demonstrated detail-oriented approach with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality and maintainable code.
Familiarity with software development methodologies, testing practices, and Agile frameworks.
Experience in developing shared component libraries for use across multiple projects, ensuring consistency, reusability, and maintainability.
Proficiency in implementing state management within functional components, using tools such as Redux, Zustand, or Vue.js and/or React.
