Job Description
At Mr. Jack Demolition Pty Ltd, we are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Office Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise staff performance, assign tasks, and ensure seamless project coordination with the project manager.
Address and resolve problems efficiently, maintaining a proactive approach to office operations.
Effectively allocate space, equipment, and human resources to optimize office productivity.
Determine office priorities, establish service standards, and review/planning office services to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure staff adherence to company policies, government legislation, and occupational health and safety regulations.
Manage and maintain accurate records, accounts, and payroll procedures.
Coordinate hiring processes, conduct performance reviews, oversee training, and administer employee development programs.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of full-time paid experience in an office management role.
Degree qualification in a relevant field.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Remuneration:
The salary on offer is between $80K to $140K p.a. plus superannuation (plus overtime). This is a competitive package that reflects the importance of this role within our organization.
