About This Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic Finance Officer to join our Transactional Finance Team, providing important financial and accounting support for our Australia and New Zealand operations. You’ll have the opportunity to deepen your skill set across the functions of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, Returns, and Account Reconciliations. You may also have the opportunity to collaborate with our international teams in the US and Canada on shared financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable – Process and reconcile supplier invoices, manage payment runs, and maintain creditor statements.
Accounts Receivable – Identify and process incoming payments, create and upload Direct Debit batches, and reconcile customer accounts.
Asset Management – Reconcile and manage asset accounts, process adjustments, and ensure accurate reporting.
Refunds & Reconciliations – Conduct customer contract reconciliations, process refunds, manage bonds, and apply repatriation costs.


What You’ll Need To Succeed

Qualifications in Finance or Administration (highly regarded).
Experience in an accounting support role, covering Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and/or Reconciliations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Advanced numeracy and literacy skills.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
A team player with strong communication skills and a solutions-focused attitude.
