Education Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Education Support Worker to join our team at St Andrew's Grammar School in Dianella.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering daily quality activities for children that are safe, fun, stimulating, and carry educational value.

Supervising and supporting children is a key aspect of this role.
You will also prepare and serve healthy food options.
In addition, you will create an engaging and happy environment for children.
Your ability to build meaningful relationships with colleagues, children, families, school leaders, and the school community is essential.
About You
We are looking for an individual who possesses:

An engaging and warm personality.
A strong focus on child safety and appreciation for mandatory reporting.
Excellent communication and people skills.
A Certificate III or higher in Children's Services, Early Childhood, School Aged care (or studying towards) or equivalent qualification.
You must be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check.
HLTAID012 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training (or willingness to obtain).
A Child Protection Certificate.
Availability to work Monday to Friday is required.
