About the Role

Atlas Employment Services is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead and inspire our Operations and Sales Departments. As a key member of our team, you will drive strategic direction, cultivate a strong team culture, and ensure a supportive and secure environment for sustained growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading & managing multi-site retail and B2B operations, with exceptional strategic thinking, financial management, and analytical skills. They will be an exceptional problem solver, communicator, and decision-maker in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

We are looking for someone who can develop, implement, and optimize operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability across stores and distribution centres. You will also oversee market growth by managing new store launches, including assisting site selection, overall setup, and team onboarding
