The Role

Lead and manage operations to ensure excellence in patient care and business performance.
Implement best-in-class operational efficiencies, including quality assurance, compliance, and governance.
Support business development expansion efforts, overseeing the launch of new locations.
Build relationships with industry stakeholders, fostering partnerships and business opportunities.
Enhance marketing and patient engagement strategies to support business growth.
Develop and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
About You
You are a seasoned purpose-driven leader with experience leading dynamic teams, strong financial acumen, and a passion for creating a positive healthcare experience.

A critical thinker who is hands on to be both strategic and operational, with experience managing budgets and KPIs. Experience in a multi-site healthcare environment is highly desirable but not essential.
