Security Guard/Crowd Controller

Position Purpose

As a Security Guard / Crowd Controller at Classique Security, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, patrons, and staff. You will be responsible for monitoring premises, enforcing security protocols, de-escalating conflicts, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a strong security presence at venues, events, and corporate sites.
Monitor entry points, screen patrons, and conduct ID verification where required.
Respond to security incidents, de-escalate conflicts, and professionally handle challenging situations.
Conduct routine patrols and surveillance to prevent unauthorized access or disturbances.
Report security breaches, incidents, and suspicious activities in detailed reports.
Enforce venue or site policies, including patron behaviour management and responsible service of alcohol (where applicable).
Assist in emergency situations, including evacuations and first aid administration (if certified).
Operate and monitor CCTV and security systems as required.
Skills & Qualifications

Valid WA Security Officer and/or Crowd Control License (essential)
First Aid & CPR Certificate (essential)
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (preferred for hospitality roles)
Proven experience in security, crowd control, or event security (preferred)
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Good physical fitness to handle security-related duties.
