Are you an experienced Formwork Carpenter with leadership skills? We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Formwork Carpenter/Supervisor to join our busy team!

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the formwork team on-site to ensure timely and efficient execution of projects.
Interpret blueprints and construction plans for formwork requirements.
Lead formwork installation, modification, and removal activities.
Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are followed at all times.
Provide guidance and training to junior carpenters.
Maintain productivity and resolve any on-site issues promptly.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in formwork carpentry.
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of formwork systems, materials, and techniques.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Valid White Card & relevant certifications.
Have all own tools and transport
