Requirements

The role involves producing high-quality videos, working closely with franchise partners to meet their specific content needs, and traveling to franchise locations to capture unique, on-brand footage.

Develop and produce engaging short-form educational content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Edit videos to ensure professional quality, with attention to pacing, transitions, and visual appeal
Add captions, subtitles, and graphics to videos to enhance accessibility and engagement
Collaborate with franchise partners to create customised video content that aligns with their goals and audience
Travel to franchise locations to capture on-site footage, including interviews, tutoring sessions, and behind-the-scenes content
Stay up-to-date with educational and digital media trends to create fresh, innovative content
Organise and manage video files, editing assets, and equipment to maintain high production standards
Work efficiently to meet deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of polished content
