Job Description

This role involves undertaking various duties, including designing and troubleshooting production processes, conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance, and optimising production workflow.

Responsibilities include:

Designing and troubleshooting production processes to ensure smooth cycle transitions;
Conducting regular inspections and maintenance on production machines and equipment to prevent downtime;
Streamlining workflow, reducing waste, and improving equipment efficiency to maximise production output;
Identifying and resolving production issues through data analysis, material inspection, and equipment monitoring;
Operating the process plant safely and efficiently, adhering to standard operating procedures;
Coordinating maintenance activities with metallurgical and maintenance teams;
Performing routine monitoring duties, including sampling, inspection, and record keeping;
Reporting on safety, plant performance, and technical issues to enhance plant productivity;
Providing additional support to maintenance trades and relief operations as needed.
