Information Technology Manager

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the organization's IT infrastructure and operations
Manage and lead the IT team, providing direction and support for their professional development
Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure optimal performance and security
Coordinate IT projects and initiatives, ensuring they align with business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance operational efficiencies
Maintain relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery
Prepare and manage the IT budget, analyzing costs and establishing cost-effective solutions


Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar technology leadership role
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and security practices
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to achieve business objectives
Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, or similar) are preferred
