Receptionist – Casual
The Opportunity
This role will give you the chance to truly contribute to the ongoing success of the Practice.
Be the face of our organisation, working with our team to effectively manage all aspects of reception including welcoming patients.
Work within our call centre answering phones, booking appointments, managing emails, and any other administrative tasks required.
About You
We are looking for someone who is extremely capable, thoroughly enjoys being busy, and has the ability to be one step ahead of the game at all times.
Has demonstrated experience as a General Practice medical receptionist.
Has Best Practice software experience – this is essential.
Has strong computer literacy required.
Can work in a fast-paced environment.
Is flexible with hours required – a true casual role.
Has the ability to be a quick thinker and be friendly with a positive can-do attitude.
Has a high level of time management and organisational skills.
Has a strong understanding of workplace cult
