VA Mantra is hiring an Expert Graphic Designer with basic video editing skills for an on-site, night shift position. While your primary focus will be on graphic design and video editing, this is an all-rounder role that involves supporting our CEO with tasks like social media management, document handling, transaction management, and other virtual assistant responsibilities.

We will train you on everything except graphic design and video editing. All you need to bring is strong design skills, excellent English proficiency, and basic computer knowledge. If you're eager to learn, we'll ensure you excel in all other areas of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Graphic Design: Create high-quality, professional designs for various platforms (social media, presentations, marketing materials, etc.).
• Basic Video Editing: Perform simple edits and adjustments to videos as required.
• Social Media Management: Learn how to create, schedule, and manage posts for various social media platforms.
• Administrative Support: Get trained to assist with tasks like document management, email handling, and transaction coordination.
• Document Creation: Prepare and organize reports and other professional documents.
• Virtual Assistant Tasks: Provide day-to-day support to the CEO for operational needs.

Qualifications:
• Graphic Design Expertise: Skilled in tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar design software.
• Basic Video Editing: Familiarity with basic video editing tools is required.
• English Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer Knowledge: Comfortable using a computer and learning new tools.
• Willingness to Learn: Open to training and development in all non-design-related responsibilities.

What You’ll Learn:

Don’t worry if you lack experience in virtual assistant tasks, document creation, or social media management—we’ll train you to become an expert in these areas. However, you should come prepared with strong graphic design and video editing skills.

Work Schedule:

Days: Monday to Saturday

Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM)

Day Off: Sunday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
