Distribution Centre Sales Associate

The Pacific Area Materials Management Department is seeking a skilled Store Clerk to join our team at the Auckland Distribution Retail Store. This permanent full-time position involves working 37.5 hours per week, including weekends, and reports directly to the Distribution Store Supervisor.

Job Description
This role requires direct customer interaction, making it an ideal opportunity for those who enjoy providing excellent customer service. As a Store Clerk, you will collaborate with other team members to ensure that customers receive a positive experience when visiting the Distribution Centre.

Assist customers over the phone and face-to-face using extensive product knowledge and previous cashier experience.
Input orders into various computer software packages.
Provide personal fitting services to patrons.
Perform basic housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and tidy store environment.
To succeed in this role, you will require:

Retail or customer service experience.
Business level communication skills (English).
A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
