About the Role
Workforce Australia For Individuals is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Consultant to join the Renal Unit team. This full-time role will involve working closely with Consultant Nephrologists, Nurse Unit Managers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care in Haemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis.
Key Responsibilities
Providing expert clinical consultancy and leadership in renal replacement therapies
Assessing, implementing, and evaluating clinical interventions within a multidisciplinary team
Collaborating with the off-site Nurse Unit Manager to lead and support hemodialysis and home therapy nurses
Developing and evaluating evidence-based clinical guidelines to enhance renal patient care and service delivery
