Front Office Team Member Receptionist

Job Summary
We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team at Novotel London Waterloo. As the face of our hotel, you will extend a warm welcome to our guests and put their wellbeing at the heart of everything you do.

You will be responsible for making the link with different departments to ensure a wonderful guest experience and continuously improving the quality of our services.

Main Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless and efficient service.
Continuously improve the quality of our services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services, providing accurate information to guests.
Requirements
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Able to understand things from the guest's perspective and empathize with their needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
