Receptionist Position at Management Consultancy in London
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional and polished individual to join our team as a Corporate Receptionist.
The role requires prior experience in corporate reception, with excellent customer service and communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
Meeting and Greeting: Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
Meeting Room Management: Coordinate bookings using a computerised system and ensure rooms are perfectly prepared.
Switchboard Duties: Handle occasional call transfers (most calls are direct).
Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with PAs, directors, and other teams to facilitate seamless operations.
Event Support: Assist in organising client events and meetings.
Administrative Tasks: Arrange couriers, manage catering requests, and perform ad hoc office support duties.
Attention to Detail: Conduct floor walks to ensure front-of-house areas maintain high standards.
