This role gives the successful applicant the opportunity and responsibility to oversee the design, development and implementation of system solutions.

Technical Skills

Proven leadership and influence abilities, including managing and developing team members in a constantly evolving technological landscape.
Technical proficiency in the administration, management, and utilisation of business systems, including Microsoft SQL Server for data merging, structuring, and migration.
Hands-on experience supporting Business Intelligence tools (Tableau or Power BI), Geospatial systems, Business Process Management (preferably Pega), and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics).
Strong programming skills in Pega, Java, J2EE (e.g., JBoss), JavaScript, and database integration.
Expertise in fostering a strong team culture and building high-performing teams through coaching and performance development.
Advanced problem-solving and incident management skills, with a track record of providing guidance to resolve issues and implement improvements.
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, reporting, and developing proposals for technology systems under management.

In This Role, You Will

Develop and maintain a digital platform, delivery methodology and standards aligned with digital delivery best practice.
Provide technology and platform product leadership in areas of technical feasibility, product best use, system interfaces and other relevant considerations.
Manage upgrades, administration, and configuration of digital platforms for production, test and development environments.
Contribute to the digital platform support frameworks, methodologies, and procedures.
