Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Casual Night Porter to join our team at Metlifecare. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our residents and their homes, while also providing support and assistance as needed.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting regular security checks and responding to any incidents or emergencies that may arise;
Providing support and guidance to residents, including assisting with daily living activities and providing emotional support when needed;
Actioning administrative tasks and completing general cleaning duties on the premise;
Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
