Carpenter / Joiner 1st, 2nd, and Final Fix - £22,800 per annum minimum salary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for experienced Construction Workers in the North of England.

- Min 12 month initial visa / contract
- £22,800 per annum guaranteed salary ( paid monthly)

- Guaranteed 40 hour contract, over time available also
- Bonuses depending on success of the placements
- View of 3-4 year extension of visa / sponsorship after 12 month initial contract
- Car provided for work purposes if a driver and happy to drive teams to site
• Requirements:

- Proficient in all aspects of 1st, 2nd, and Final Fix joinery on residential and commercial projects.
- Able to work to deadlines in place following specifications and specs.
- Able to carry out work on most of the following: Joists, Wall plate staps, Roof trusses, studwork, window boards, door linings, handrails, skirtings, swing doors, fit meter boxes and porch / gallows brackets, door stops, locks / handles
- Excellent communication skills and able to work well in a team
- Able to use own initiative but equally comfortable taking instructions and following briefs in place
- Able to follow all health and safety rules and guidelines in possible, able to work to the highest standards possible in line with UK legislation
- Good English skills and able to understand construction / sector related terms (IELTS or equivalent will be required)
- Ideally driving license but not essential
- Own tools / equipment to carry out roles where possible
