Mobile Maintenance Technician Opportunity

Are you an experienced maintenance professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in paint and decorating, carpentry, repairs, and maintenance?

We are working with an award-winning organisation who are recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Technician on a temp to perm basis, paying £16.35 per hour.

About the Role:
Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on building fabric components including fire doors, door locks, walls, fixtures etc.
Painting, decorating, tiling and plastering as required.
Respond promptly and efficiently to reactive maintenance requests.
Conduct repairs and replacements of building fabric elements as needed.
Diagnose faults and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide excellent customer service.
Complete relevant paperwork and documentation accurately and promptly.
Work across Arriva Rail – Overground stations in London.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Fabric Engineer, Maintenance Engineer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of building fabric maintenance practices and techniques.
Proficiency in conducting repairs and replacements of fabric elements.
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Holding a full UK driving licence is essential.

Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Technician (including Van, Fuel Card, PPE and Tools)
Salary: £16.35 per hour
Contract: Temp to Perm (12 Weeks)
Hours of Work: 4 on, 4 off Day Shifts - 7am - 7pm
