You will need to have strong attention to detail and good accuracy and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent customer service skills and a commitment to teamwork. An extra accreditation would be an advantage, e.g., ECP, Vaccinator, Sildenafil, but if not, a willingness to learn is essential.
