The Role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Foreperson Line Mechanic to lead a team of skilled professionals in delivering high-quality work safely, efficiently, and effectively.

In this role, you will provide technical expertise, scoping, and planning support while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and industry standards.

You will be responsible for supervising and supporting your team, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in work processes.

Supervise and support a team to deliver top-quality work on time and within budget.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations and standards.
Plan, allocate, and manage teams effectively to achieve onsite goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in work processes and team performance.
Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and problem-solving support as needed.

About You:

5+ years of experience in the industry.
Strong technical knowledge of line mechanics, relevant codes, policies, and safety regulations.
Proven experience in team leadership and problem-solving.
Ability to plan, scope, and execute projects efficiently and effectively.
A relevant trade qualification and a current practicing license.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with teams and stakeholders.
A proactive approach to driving innovation and continuous improvement.
