Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing great user support, collecting and analysing business data, monitoring system performance, and implementing system changes. You will also assist in troubleshooting and testing to ensure smooth deployment. You will work closely with the Senior Digital Specialist and Senior Data and Business Analyst to achieve these goals.

Your Key Strengths
To be successful in this role, you will need strong logic and numerical skills, as well as tenacity and enjoyment of researching and solving complex problems. A focus on delivery and a willingness to take accountability and ownership of work, while adapting to changing priorities, are also required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
