Senior Kitchen Operations Manager

About You:
We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Sous Chef at Victoria University of Wellington. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and providing exceptional customer service. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong focus on teamwork, communication, and problem-solving, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

You will have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role, with relevant leadership experience and a proven track record of managing budgets and teams. You will also hold relevant food safety certificates and have experience in modern cuisine and presentation.
