We are seeking a dedicated and supportive Dental Assistant to join our team at Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand Tairawhiti in Gisborne. Our ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be willing to go the extra mile, and possess strong organisational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with our dental team to provide high-quality care to patients, particularly children and adolescents.
Assist with patient appointments, including preparation of treatment rooms, sterilisation of equipment, and maintenance of accurate records.
Support the delivery of equitable oral health services to our community.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children and adolescents is highly desirable.
Strong interest in dental/oral health.
Flexibility, self-motivation, and excellent organisational and communication skills.
A full driver's license is essential.
Ability to undergo a police screen.
